Your logo on the console your clients see.
Upload your logo, pick a color scheme, and the console your team works in every day — plus every client screen you open inside it — carries your brand. Two fields, about a minute, no developer needed.
Two settings, and that's the whole setup.
Your logo
Takes the place of the TrackMyVendor mark at the top of your console navigation. PNG, JPEG or WebP up to 2 MB — the same file you already use in your email signature will do.
We take PNG, JPEG and WebP but not SVG, since an SVG can carry script and we'd rather not serve one from the app's own origin. More on how we handle uploads.
Your color scheme
Six palettes, applied to the navigation, buttons, status pills and highlights. Click one and the page repaints immediately so you can see it against your logo before you save.
Every scheme keeps the status colors readable — expired stays red whatever your brand colors are.
All six color schemes
Each preview is drawn from the live palettes, so this is what your team will see.
What it's worth at renewal
Your name on the work, all year
Clients who see your brand on the tool keeping them compliant remember who did the work when renewal comes around. When the tool is branded by someone else, that's who gets remembered.
A different kind of renewal meeting
You walk in with a compliance picture that's clearly yours, not a quote and a hope. The work was always yours — this is what makes clients see it.
Nothing to implement
No setup fees, no design work, no per-client configuration. Upload a logo, pick a color, and it's included on every agency plan.
What carries your brand
Here's exactly what changes, and what doesn't.
Branded today
- The agency console — your portfolio, your exception queue, your settings.
- Client screens you open from the console: they render inside your branded navigation.
- Your logo in place of the TrackMyVendor mark, on every one of those screens.
- Buttons, navigation, highlights and pills in your chosen palette.
- Compliance reports — the PDF and Excel exports carry your logo and palette, so what you hand a client at renewal has your name on it.
Not yet
- A custom domain of your own — the console runs on our host for now.
- Outbound emails, which still go out under TrackMyVendor.
- The one-time upload page a vendor opens from a link.
If one of these matters to your agency, tell us — it moves the roadmap.
Frequently asked questions
How long does branding take to set up?
Under a minute. It's a logo upload and a color choice on the Appearance panel in your console settings, and it applies as soon as you save.
Can I change the scheme later?
Yes, as often as you like. Picking a swatch previews it right away, and saving is what makes it stick for your whole team.
Does every member of my agency see the same branding?
Yes. It belongs to the agency, not to the individual, so your producers and account managers all see the same thing your clients do.
Why is SVG not allowed for the logo?
An SVG can carry script, and serving one from our own origin isn't a risk worth taking for a logo. PNG, JPEG and WebP cover every logo we've been sent so far.
Is branding included in every plan?
Yes — it's not an upsell. Every agency plan carries it.
